Improving the Quality of Teaching (SAAF) ™
The Schools’ Assessment & Appraisal Framework (SAAF)™ has given schools we’ve worked with the necessary clarity and structure to underpin the new national Teachers’ Standards, supporting the implementation of Performance Related Pay with a firm focus on professional development. We have also supported schools in developing competency frameworks to provide similar clarity for other groups of staff. The success we have had working with schools reflects our collaborative and supportive approach which maximises staff engagement.
