ee Employee Engagement Awards – SYLO Associates are finalists!

We are delighted that 2017 has culminated in SYLO Associates becoming Finalists in the Consultancy of the Year category in the ee Employee Engagement Awards.

As finalists in the Consultancy of the Year category in The 2017 ee Employee Engagement Awards, we would like to thank our clients London and Zurich, Cifas and StuartBarr CDR for their support and their input in helping us reach this point.

How did we do it?

At SYLO Associates we adopt the same approach to our clients as we do to driving our business forward. Sharing our vision for the business and constantly seeking input from the team about areas of the business we should focus on.

This is critical, as we provide consultancy support across a wide number of sectors from public, private, not for profit and education sectors. We subsequently ensure we have direct input from everyone working with our clients to help identify which products and services we should develop and focus on. We have adopted the same approach with launching new products to market.

This has made a real difference to employee engagement within our business and has really helped us to be more effective.

We ensure all of the team can play an active role in business development regularly involving those who are interested in networking, building relationships with key influencers and have a referral scheme in place to support this.

As we work with SMEs, large corporates and PLCs, having a consistent style providing a seamless service to our clients has been key to our account management methodology. However, we’ve arrived at a methodology by asking the team what works and ensure we do not have processes for process sake.

We have measured our success at role modelling employee engagement as a number of our team have been with us since we formed the business in 2010. We regularly seek feedback from them and have a programme of professional development.
