I have spent more than 30 years in senior business development roles in both private and voluntary sectors. I led European teams at Thomson Learning academic publishers, collaborating with academic consortia to deliver digital content across HE campuses. Most recently, I worked at Agenda Consulting, a research consultancy providing employee and volunteer engagement surveys to the not-for-profit sector. We conducted benchmark studies on HR and volunteer management metrics, and I reported on the findings to our sector partners and HR networks. I am studying for the CIPD level 5 Diploma in HR Management and am delighted to be working with SYLO on a range of projects.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
A. The most dangerous or nerve-wracking thing I have done was to abseil down the Unilever building for charity.
Q. Who or what makes you laugh?
A. My son, my family and my friends. And Taskmaster.
