I am MIPD qualified and offer a broad range of generalist HR knowledge gained in fast-paced commercial, operational and corporate environments.  I have a strong track record of building and developing relationships and driving results at all levels of an organisation.

I have the ability to deliver business benefits both individually and as part of a wider HR team and I have a proven track record in delivering HR strategy through complex business and organisational matrices. With the ability to deliver business-based objectives through a strong, proactive and influential management style and, as a respected HR and Business leader I have empowered teams to take ownership whilst providing coaching and mentoring at all levels.  In addition, I am currently training in the field of Psychotherapy.

I have experience in managing multiple organisational changes in the UK and across various locations within Europe.  Expertise in delivering difficult consultation and redundancy programmes for various Companies, including managing Union negotiations and Staff Representatives, alongside complicated commercial changes and tight business timelines.

More recently I have been involved with diagnosing organisational effectiveness within two large organisations whilst keeping an eye on designing workplaces for the future.
